Last verified: 1 September 2026, against Oracle's own pricing page. Earlier guidance, including ours, said passes would rise $300 on September 1. That increase has not appeared: the individual pass is still $2,195 and Oracle's pricing page carries no increase notice. Pre-event training did go up. We update this guide as Oracle releases new details.

⏰ Full payment is due by 5:00 p.m. PT on October 2, 2026 — registrations still unpaid at that point are cancelled automatically. An individual pass is $2,195. Register at netsuitesuiteworld.com.

SuiteWorld 2026 confirmed dates and location

Oracle NetSuite has confirmed that SuiteWorld 2026 runs October 25-28, 2026 at Caesars Forum in Las Vegas (3911 Koval Lane, Las Vegas, NV 89109). The event is hybrid — both in-person and virtual through the On Air platform.

This is the same venue as SuiteWorld 2025, which drew over 8,000 attendees.

Registration is open

Registration for SuiteWorld 2026 is open and an individual pass is $2,195. The deadline that matters is payment rather than price: registrations unpaid at 5:00 p.m. PT on October 2, 2026 are cancelled automatically. Optional pre-event training runs October 24-25 at an additional cost, just ahead of the main conference.

Based on the official site, SuiteWorld 2026 includes:

  • Executive keynotes and major product reveals from NetSuite leadership
  • Hundreds of role-based and industry-specific breakout sessions
  • Hands-on training labs
  • 1:1 meetings with NetSuite product teams
  • Real-world customer case studies
  • Partner expo with NetSuite solutions, integrations, and services
  • Evening events — welcome reception, industry reception, and The Party

A full conference pass also includes daily breakfast and lunch (Monday–Wednesday) and 30 days of SuiteWorld On Air access after the event.

The 2026 session catalog is live: 350+ sessions and labs across 10+ industry focus areas, filterable by role, industry and topic. Oracle has not published a date for when the Agenda Builder opens, so you can browse sessions now but not yet build a personal schedule.

SuiteWorld 2026 schedule

Oracle has published the day-by-day timings. All times are Pacific.

Expo8:00–18:008:00–18:008:00–14:00
Sessions9:00–18:009:00–18:009:00–13:00

Training9:00–17:00
EveningWelcome reception 17:00–19:00Industry reception 18:00–19:30The Party 21:00–00:00

Three things worth reading off that table before you book flights. The opening keynote is Monday afternoon, not Monday morning, so a Monday-morning arrival works. Wednesday ends at 14:00, so an afternoon flight home is realistic and a Wednesday-night hotel is not needed. And the two-day pre-event training starts Saturday October 24, a day before the Sunday block shown above, so a training pass means arriving two days early.

The Impact Lab runs Sunday 10:00–12:00, alongside training.

SuiteWorld On Air: attending virtually

SuiteWorld On Air is Oracle's official virtual platform for SuiteWorld — the way to follow the conference if you can't make it to Las Vegas.

What On Air has included in past editions:

  • Live keynote streams — the executive keynotes (including Evan Goldberg's product announcements) have historically streamed live and free of charge
  • On-demand session replays — selected breakout sessions published after the event
  • Post-event access for attendees — a full SuiteWorld 2026 conference pass includes 30 days of On Air access after the event, so in-person attendees can catch sessions they missed

How the two experiences compare:

If your goal is the product roadmap and announcements, On Air covers it. If your goal is hands-on training, meeting the product teams, or evaluating partners, that only happens on site.

Oracle has not yet published the full On Air program for 2026 — we will update this section when it goes live, typically closer to the event.

What Oracle already announced at SuiteConnect 2026

Oracle did not wait for SuiteWorld to make news. The SuiteConnect 2026 tour hit New York in February and Chicago in March, and Evan Goldberg called it "the biggest update of NetSuite since we founded the company."

Eight AI features were announced:

  1. Intelligent Close Manager — a single dashboard for monitoring the entire financial close process across subsidiaries. This is the feature most likely to deliver immediate value for mid-market companies.
  2. AI-powered bank transaction matching — generative AI that learns from historical patterns to match bank feed transactions to GL accounts automatically.
  3. EPM Reconciliation Agent — continuous, in-quarter reconciliations instead of the month-end crunch (requires NetSuite EPM).
  4. EPM Planning Agent — natural language access to FP&A data for real-time trend and variance analysis (requires NetSuite EPM).
  5. AI-generated report narratives — converts financial data into plain-language paragraphs for board decks and management reports.
  6. AI-assisted Advanced Pricing — rules-based pricing engine with AI-assisted optimization for margins and customer segments.
  7. AI-powered Customer 360 summaries — auto-generated customer profiles aggregating activity across the system.
  8. SuiteScript AI Assistant — AI pair programmer for NetSuite development.

For our full analysis of each feature, see SuiteConnect 2026: Every AI Feature NetSuite Just Announced.

What happened at SuiteWorld 2025

SuiteWorld 2025 ran October 6-9 at Caesars Forum with over 8,000 attendees. The theme was "No Limits" and Oracle unveiled NetSuite Next — the platform's biggest evolution in years.

Key announcements:

  • Ask Oracle — an AI layer on top of NetSuite that responds to natural language queries with context-aware, role-specific insights
  • Autonomous Close — AI agents that monitor financial tasks throughout the month for a faster close
  • Redwood Design System — a redesigned interface with native dark mode

For the full recap, read SuiteWorld 2025: AI Meets NetSuite.

Who should attend SuiteWorld

SuiteWorld is designed for:

  • CFOs and finance leaders — financial close, planning, budgeting, and compliance sessions
  • IT leaders and NetSuite admins — platform updates, security, and infrastructure
  • Developers — SuiteScript, SuiteCloud, and integration labs
  • eCommerce managers — SuiteCommerce updates, commerce AI, and storefront optimization
  • Operations leadersinventory, manufacturing, supply chain, and WMS sessions

If you are evaluating NetSuite, already running it, or building on the platform, this is the one event where Oracle shares its roadmap directly. Still early in your evaluation? Our guide to what NetSuite is used for is a better starting point than a conference badge.

SuiteConnect 2026 tour schedule

How to prepare

Based on what worked at SuiteWorld 2025:

  1. Book travel early. Caesars Forum is on the Strip. Hotels fill up and prices climb once Oracle opens registration. October in Vegas is popular.
  2. Review the SuiteConnect announcements. The AI features announced in February and March will likely have deeper sessions at SuiteWorld. Knowing the basics lets you focus on advanced sessions.
  3. Identify your priorities. Are you trying to optimize financial close? Scale eCommerce? Build integrations? SuiteWorld has role-based tracks — pick the one that matches your biggest pain point.
  4. Schedule partner meetings in advance. The expo floor is large and the week goes fast. If you want to talk to specific partners, book time before the event.
  5. Bring specific questions. The most valuable SuiteWorld meetings happen when you bring real problems. "We're struggling with X" gets better answers than "tell me about NetSuite."

The advice in this guide applies broadly to any year — SuiteWorld's structure stays consistent: keynote-heavy mornings, deep technical sessions in the afternoons, partner expo throughout, and after-hours networking events.
